Walk for Kids 2009

MONTOUR FALLS - By all accounts, the 20-E2 Walk for
Kids was a HUGE SUCCESS! While I don’t have all of the
numbers yet, I can report that we had over 60 walkers, 320
sponsors, and raised over $5,000 for Camp Badger! The
weather was picture perfect and everyone had a great
time!

PDGs Bob Mizzoni and Rena Haigh, organizers of the event,
would like to thank everyone who participated by walking
or sponsoring. They would like to give a BIG THANKS to
DG Noni, CS Rick Allabaugh, Lion Terry Hartzell, and RC Dick
Ernst for helping to make this event such a great success!

I would like to thank PDGs Rena and Bob for organizing
such a spectacular fun-raiser for Camp Badger!

Just imagine - if all 12 districts in MD-20 raised $5,000
each, we would have $55,000 for Camp Badger! WOW!
