7. Cabin 1 - Paint porch floor and walls, install porch ceiling and paint, repair screen door, remove floodlight fixture, replace board on SE corner, straighten E side middle pier.
8. Cabin 2 - Paint as in cabin 1, repair steps and railing, replace screen door, repair rear step, replace middle rear foundation, replace middle porch foundation, straighten W middle pier, replace lattice (mount lattice 4 inches above the ground surface).
9. Cabin 3 - Repair screen door, repair lattice (4 in. off the ground), replace rear step, paint porch walls and floor, install porch ceiling and paint, install drop ceiling inside, paint window trim, replace middle rear foundation.
10. Cabin 4 - Replace 48 inch fluorescents, replace roof, paint window trim, replace steps and paint steps, remove stump, replace porch floor and paint, paint interior floor, replace storm door, re-attach window hinge, replace lattice (mount lattice 4 inches above the ground surface).
11. Cabin 5 - Replace 48 inch fluorescents, install drop ceiling, check fire alarm, replace if necessary, paint steps, railings and floor, screen porch and enclose bottom of walls, porch ceiling, replace roof, paint rear deck and steps, improve drainage behind cabin.
12. Cabin 6 - Replace fire alarm, replace lattice (raise from ground 4 inches), paint exterior, clean roof, paint stairs, ramp, railings, porch floor and ceiling, install drop ceiling, paint interior floor.
13. Cabin 7 - Paint exterior, steps and porch, replace fire alarm, repair lattice (4 inches above ground), clean roof, replace support under rear wall, rear steps, remove hemlock between 6 and 7.
14. Cabin 8 - Paint steps, porch floor, interior floor, repair screens, repair lattice (4 in. above the ground level).
15. Cabin 9 - Paint steps, repair screens, check triplex, repair lattice (4 in. off ground), replace triplex (too tight), replace roof, cross brace screen door, finish painting interior floor.
16. Cabin 10 - Replace porch floor and steps, install drop ceiling, repair lattice (4 in. off ground), replace interior lights, repair screens, improve rear steps (too steep).
17. Cabin 11 - Repair window latch, repair screens, paint porch floor and inside walls, paint rakes and rear fascia.
18. Cabin 12 - Repair and paint porch floor, install drop ceiling, replace light fixtures.
19. Cabin 13 - Replace roof, repair lattice (4 in. off ground), clear brambles (rear and side), touch up porch floor.
20. Cabin 14 - Repair rear steps, repair porch floor and paint, replace front steps and paint, paint interior walls of porch, replace porch railing and paint, repair lattice (4 in. off ground), paint interior floor.
21. Cabin 15 - Paint porch floor and interior walls, paint front steps and railing, repair rear steps, repair front step railing.
22. Cabin 16 - Screen porch, screen porch door, paint porch floor, facias and soffits, paint front deck and railings, paint steps and railings, replace missing lattice, add railing on inside of front steps.
23. Cabin 17 - Screen the porch, install drop ceiling, repair hole in floor, replace light fixtures.
24. Cabin 18 - Repair screens, paint porch ceiling, repair screen door, repair lattice (4 in, above ground), add railing on rear deck, interior could use another coat of paint.
25. Cabin 19 - Paint window trim, fix rear door, paint rear steps, paint porch ceiling, paint front steps, repair lattice (4 in. above ground), paint exterior of porch.
26. Cabin 20 - Paint porch trim, foundation posts are tilting, clear brush etc from rear of cabin, repair lattice (4 in. above ground), replace rails on ramp and paint, paint steps, touch up porch floor, repair screens, cross brace on screen door, clean roof.
27. Cabin 21 - Fell off foundation, major repair, paint everything, new steps, new roof, new triplex.
28. Cabin 22 - Replace interior lights, replace fire alarm, re-grade uphill and side, repair/replace lattice (4 in. off the ground), repair porch and paint, repair steps and paint, install drop ceiling, replace porch light, repair rear ramp and rails, fix ground rod.
29. Cabin 23 - Remove Beech tree between cabin 23 and cabin 7, clean roof, remove Beech in front, paint rear steps.
30. **Cabins 24 and 25 - Re-attach door chain (25), electric mast should be replaced and guyed, replace porch light (25), panel rear porch roofs and paint. Cabins must be ADA compliant by spring 2008. Install an ADA compliant wheelchair ramp, install an ADA compliant toilet, install an ADA compliant shower, install a tankless water heater of sufficient size for the shower. Install a battery powered CO monitor in each cabin.
31. **Cabins 26 and 27 - Repair lattice (4 inches off the ground), clean roof, paint porch ceiling and floor, paint toilet area, paint rear porch ceilings, cross brace on screen doors, inside handle on screen doors, repair screens, missing window in hallway, repair sewer line. Cabins must be ADA compliant by spring 2008. Install an ADA compliant wheelchair ramp, install an ADA compliant toilet, install an ADA compliant shower, install a tankless water heater of sufficient size for the shower. Install a battery powered CO monitor in each cabin.
32. **Chapel - Check exit lights, fix handicap sidewalk entrance, replace missing window crank, repair front door hardware, repair south side roof, adjust rear door jamb and door, grade rear entrance, raise rear platform to floor height and 5 ft. by 5 ft., finish painting on rear.
33. Drake House - Paint end storm door, repair lattice, paint railing and deck, check fire alarm, cover or plug hole in wall, repair broken shutter. Install a battery powered CO monitor in sleeping area.
34. Hill House - Check fire alarm. Install a battery powered CO monitor in sleeping area. Fix sewer drain hook-up.
35. **Infirmary - Repair lattice (4 inches off the ground), paint front steps and entryway, paint inside foyer and ceiling. Repair downspout drain. Paint ramp and railing. Repair rear steps then paint. Paint over graffiti. Repair broken window. Paint rear railing. Paint interior ceiling. Check fire alarms. Replace any regular shower heads w/water saving type. Re-plumb shower plumbing for better alignment. Infirmary must be ADA compliant by spring 2008. Install an ADA compliant wheelchair ramp, install an ADA compliant toilet, install an ADA compliant shower. Install a battery powered CO monitor in sleeping area.
36. **McCabe Office - Paint front door and jamb, paint railing, paint picnic table, replace skirting
(make allowance for ground heave during winter), paint fascia and soffit, seal windows and paint, replace window glass in small room, paint trim. The front deck should be enclosed to make a waiting room to increase security at the office. Bloomfield LC and Frank Marionocci are going to look at it. Office must be ADA compliant by spring 2008. Install an ADA compliant wheelchair ramp, install an ADA compliant toilet, install an ADA compliant shower. Install a battery powered CO monitor in sleeping area.
37. Shower Building - LAUNDRY ROOM-Check fire alarm, repair then paint ceiling, paint lattice. BOYS AREA-New door on stall, new toilet paper holders, 2 new paper towel dispensers (single fold), install clothing hooks. Trim the counter edge. Replace 48" lamps. Install filter on water supply for showers. Paint foyer floor w/ non-skid paint. Paint ceiling in foyer. GIRLS AREA-Wire brush then paint grab bar in shower. Paint foyer floor w/ non-skid paint. Paint foyer ceiling. Brace shower pipes in last stall. Trim the counter edge. 2 new paper towel dispensers (single fold). Check toilet paper holders, replace if necessary, Paint the shelf over sinks. Install filter in shower supply lines. BOILER ROOM-Plumb HW return line to upper inlet. Cover 8" holes in upper walls between shower areas and water heater room, clean shower heads.
38. Boys Toilet (by bridge) - Stain exterior, paint interior, add a light in urinal area, clean or replace roof, plug/cover hole in rear wall, replace TP holders(3)t
39. Girls Toilet (by cabin 3) - Hole in wall by top of door, hole in wall beside door, brambles, brush and sticks in area, paint soffitts and trim, rewire at entrance end, paint floor, paint booths and doors.
40. Smith Pavilion - Replace fascias, re-grade along slabs, remove fountain (south side), repair sewer vent (west side), stain exterior, improve lighting in toilet areas, paint ceilings in toilet areas, clear sewer line(2nd toilet-boys).
41. **Staff Hotel - Replace rotted fascia then paint, repair lattice (4 in. off ground), wood pecker hole in window jamb, foundation posts are tilting (seriously), replace bulbs in fan, replace batteries and check all fire alarms, put a cork board in every room, paint trim in all rooms, check outlets and switch boxes for gaps, fill gaps then paint, clean fans in all rooms. Replace any regular shower head w/ water saving type. ROOM 1- Stain in ceiling-check attic. Paint walls. ROOM 2-Stain in ceiling-check attic. ROOM 3-Paint inside of top dresser drawer. ROOM 4-Clean walls then paint. ROOM 5-Paint trim in bath, touchup bedroom wall. ROOM 6-Good. ROOM 7-Good. ROOM 8-Gaps around electric boxes. HALLWAY-Missing globe-ceiling light, sand and paint repaired spot in wall, install cork board(s) in hall. SOCIAL ROOM-Trim around power panel, check ceiling, clean fan. Staff Hotel must be ADA compliant by spring 2008. Install an ADA compliant wheelchair ramp (rear entrance), install an ADA compliant toilet and an ADA compliant shower in room 7, install a battery powered CO monitor in hall.
42. **Dining Hall - Remove steps at north end of porch. Replace with an ADA compliant wheelchair ramp. Improve walkway to east entrance ramp. Add ADA compliant hand rails and balusters to east ramp.
43. Wright Building - Remove junk from rear of building.
44. Memorial path - lay pavers.(IBM)
45. Memorial garden - Weed, plant flowers, get deer repellants.(IBM)
46. Chapel grounds - Trim privet, remove up rooted tree, repair stone at sluice pipe, grade driveway.
47. Farnsworth Pavilion - enclose to make cabin or classroom.
48. Uplinger Pavilion - Convert and hang heaters, repair heater in rear. Install door stops or closers ( to limit swing when open).
49. Fire Pit - Repair and seal benches, weed killer for blocks.
50. Pool Area - Paint buildings-exterior and interior, paint deck.
51. Gallup Memorial - Plant flowers, replace flag ropes and flag.
